Upon arrival to Caschera SPA , you will be asked to sign a consultation indemnity form. We advise to arrive at the SPA reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to maximize your enjoyment of our renowned facilities.

In the eventual impossibility to receive the booked treatment, or in the circumstance of having to modify the appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In case of lack of notice, the total amount of the booked treatment will be charged.

Entry to the SPA, including the hydrotherapy pool, is only allowed for guests over the age of 16. Guests between the ages of 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult (> 25) to comply with the security code of the SPA area.
